Monday March 9th

Wow...been here a week already...time is flying by!

Raining pretty hard this morning, but stopped later in the day. Temperature right around 70.

Did some chores around the trailer...for the first time in a while Katie and I did not spend a dime today..what a change.

In the afternoon we took the pulp from Katie making juice, and we went to feed the goats. There are three little ones this year.

Then we were going to hit some golf balls on the driving range but it was closed due to being too wet. We intend to play golf with Al and Bonnie Thursday or Friday.

Went to visit with Lorraine and Raymond for a while, good to see both of them, and as usual lots of fun.

Relaxing evening...then bed.

and so ends another great day in the Valley!

more later...

About Us

My photo
Every Year for the past few years, Katie and I journey to Pharr, Texas, where we have a mobile home in Paradise Park. We also sponsor three girls in Nuevo Progeso, Mexico, so they can go to school. We travel to Mexico to see the kids, with Sr. Maureen Crosby who runs the program and our friends Ken and Vickey, who are Sr. Maureen's constant helpers. Starting last year we also go by ourselves several times
